The Asian Urban Information Center of Kobe (AUICK) is an international cooperation organization, based in Kobe, Japan. It was established in 1989 with the support of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and Kobe City Government, with the purpose of building extensive information and human networks among medium-sized cities in Asia, to assist in the resolution of population and urbanization-related issues. AUICK projects focus on training city officials, providing technical support and disseminating web-based and published information. AUICK also works with the World Health Organization (WHO) Centre for Health Development

Under the three-year Technical Support Project, supported by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Vietnamese nurses also visit their counterparts in Kobe for Training-of-Trainers (ToT) courses. The fifth of these courses was held for six senior nurses from 8 to 17 July.

Previously, an AUICK Technical Support Project sent teams of firefighters to Surabaya, Indonesia, to help improve emergency rescue service coordination and response.
