1. Regular Meeting on 4 November, 2009

The AUICK Executive Committee held its regular meeting on Wednesday, 4 November 2009. Following the opening remarks by Dr. Hirofumi Ando, President of AUICK, the Secretariat reported the achievements of FY2008, and Committee Members provided suggestions as to future procedures. The Secretariat also outlined the Technical Support Project, which in 2009 provided paramedical rescue technique assistance to Surabaya, Indonesia, and suggestions on future strategies were put forward by the Committee.

2. Meeting on 16 December, 2009

On 16 December, 2009, Members of the AUICK Secretariat met with Domestic Advisory Committee Member Dr. Shinyasu Hoshino, Former President, National Institute for Research Advancement, to report on the activities of the 2008-9 Programme, and discuss proposals for 2010.
