3. Data Base

The IAC proposed that AUICK begin to develop an Urban Projects Data Base. This will provide information on projects designed to address urban problems. Data should include systematic reporting on such things as basic ideas, design, funding, organization and implementation, and an assessment of outcomes. It is important to have information on projects that fail as well as those that succeed.
